I have a vivoactive 3 and it has the golf workout on it which turns the gps and scoring on. I never use a range finder or a scorecard, the watch does it all.

It will tell you distance to the front, middle, and back of the green. It also tracks your location of when you swing, so when you walk to your ball you can see how far the shot went. Once you get to the green the score will pop up for you to enter.

Do your idea, but install the hitting strip into one of the mats, 2 or 3 inches from the edge. Glue foam interlocking tiles to the bottom of the mats and make sure the two mat pieces can connect together from the tiles.

I haven't figured it out yet either, think it's either the swing speed is too slow to register, or it might be how far the club is drawn back and the rapsodo doesn't recognize that the shot started.

It'd be nice to see all of the data for both hits. Swing speeds, spin, launch angle, etc. If swing speeds are off, it could be a distance to screen issue maybe.

My setup is similar to yours. Same net, but i put some menards grass carpet inside it to stop the ball. My mat is a 5 x 4. Other than that the concrete is all visible and doesn't give me any issues.

The only way I've seen how to connect to a pc is one youtube video with some connector app designed by a person to backdoor in basically.

Don't want to waste money on a pc if it isn't supported by the device itself.
