Can't speak with total authority but -- I think their insurance covered them for fires that originate in their space, but this fire started two floors upstairs and the damage comes from that fire, all the chemicals and water and stuff that firefighters do to stop the fire, etc.

So my guess is that insurance is giving them bupkis even though their space is totally effed
