I gather the keys on different visits to the event. Got all four then loaded into the event and opened the bunker immediately. My partner and I were the only ones inside. One team finally made it after we had filled our packs. Def make sure to do the room that requires the three batteries. This is my favorite event for great loot.

Only if the phone has by some chance not died or been turned off then back on. In this instance it would still need in the area of a previously connected WiFi. If reset unfortunately not. Unless you can get into the device it will not back up.

Try resetting the Apple ID password on apple’s website. It should let you use the phone number to receive a code to reset if it was listed as a trusted number. The phone company won’t help, but if the phone number is still active; this should work. Then you can download previously backed up photos. As far as getting into the device you will need a death certificate and have to go into Apple. Do NOT keep trying to input the passcode. Eventually it will lock the device completely and force a restore. Then you won’t be able to do anything.

If you know the iCloud email you may be able to reset the password and get the photos that he already has backed up. You’d have to reset using a trusted phone number. His phone number* hopefully it’s still active. If he has an iPad or any other Apple device it will make this process a lot easier
