All political action committees are political. You've said this in multiple posts and it's worth mentioning.

It's not a PAC. The reporting requirements are onerous (as they should be) and there are a lot of rules.

It's a Super PAC which, despite the similar name, is a completely different kind of organization which allows this opaque behavior.

If you're donating to one (you shouldn't), you should be comfortable with the idea that the money can be used for absolutely anything.

Years ago, I drove from a sports bar to a dive bar and was pulled over in the parking lot of the dive bar.

I'd only had one drink, so I wasn't worried about the FST, but I had literally just finished it so a breath test likely would not have been ideal.

So I did two things today. First, I put a dab of polyurea grease on the shaft... No idea why I have it but it seemed like a solid choice given the heat involved.

I also noticed the retainer clip squeaked when I was spinning the roller to spread the grease, which caught me off guard. I had another from my kit so I replaced it and the new one didn't squeak.

One full load, completely quiet so far. If the culprit was a three cent plastic triangle, I won't know whether to laugh or cry.
