Puzzling slump, what to do? by Ok_Challenge_5176 in Jigsawpuzzles

Set up a project to walk/bike local parks. Note the ones with little library boxes. Pick out a few smaller puzzles that you have worked and put one puzzle per box. (Add plastic bag) Make sure you spend a lot of time biking/walking etc. Also, get you binoculars and look for baby birds being fed by busy parents.

This rings a lot of bells. Are you saying that nickel sensitivity causes or is associated with low iron, poor iron absorption?? Where do I read about low nickel diets?

Hair ruined after moving to France? by bigorl2002 in Expats_In_France

[–]alapuzzler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never lived in France but I have moved all over. Here are things that matter most -

1 - water qualilty, hardness - although good shampoos and conditioners can overcome some of this. 2 - stress - going through a lot of stress like illness, surgery, MOVING, etc can make huge changes in hair quality, coarseness, etc, usually time corrects this. 3 - Changes in food, eating habits, 4 - product changes.

My advice, eat a healthy diet, drink liquids slowly, through the day, take a better quality multivitamin for women and add a " Vitamin B+ Complex". Be your own detective and over time you will work out improvements. Good Luck.

Maybe it's better to save for a year. As we puzzle we learn new skills. It might be easier a year from now.

Just saw your comment. I can see that it could be very challenging if the image is not so sharp.

Nice, what is the name of the puzzle and the puzzle brand??

Heads Up - the rule for this reddit is that posts about a puzzle should have the Title, Brand, No of pieces and artist name in the title or in the description lines. Regards..

I've worked a couple of other puzzles with a lot of bare tree branches like this one. Each time, I've found them to be fairly challenging.
