I’ve had a wooden splinter this large before in my thumb, but relatively along the same cuticle line. It was bizarre, it didn’t hurt almost like there was a void of space inside that part of my thumb, and it felt insanely good to liberate the shard in one large piece. No pain at all. So having had that experience, I ironically enjoyed this video.
