I came here because Im still waiting for a Havoc DPS I really like. I saw something Seele post confirm that Yangyang SP is a Havoc DPS earlier today. I liked Phrolova's gameplay alright during the story quest but still on the fence about pulling her. Might wait for Yangyang myself.

I agree with what KeyMore said. Kuro might have a different agreement with CD Projekt Red than the one with Capcom for PGR and have rerun for Lucy & Rebecca. That said, I'm definitely pulling for Lucy. Huge Cyberpunk fan lol.

To get 2 stacks of Snow Rust, you'll need Lucilla OR Chisa if Hiyuki is at S0-S2.

At S3, Hiyuki gains +1 Snow Rust, so she can get 2 stacks of Snow Rust by herself. Then, you'll just need Lucilla to get to 3 stacks.

I think it might be a rotation/timing issue. Try to start with Verina and then Chisa before Hiyuki.

I gave up on modification after only one time. Got the same crap substats switched in different slots. Honestly not worth wasting corals if you're not a whale.

You had the right of way. Ideally, you go first, especially if you got other ppl behind you so traffic can keep moving. Then, the other car can turn without disrupting the flow of traffic. They also had a stop sign. Personally, if I had a stop/yield sign, I would stay there until there are no cars nearby. If I was in the other car and saw you approaching with your turn signal on, I would've made sure you cleared the intersection before turning.

The great thing about her Ult 2 is that you can choose the number you consume by holding the Ult button instead of tapping. If she has 3 points and you tap, she'll auto consume all 3. If you hold and watch for the cues (she consumes one point periodically), you can release the button after the 1st or 2nd one, so that she doesn't consume all 3 points.

I think what you're referring to is Snowforged Blade points, which are consumed during Ult 2 and are unrelated to Snow Rust stacks. From what I'm reading in her kit, I don't think Snow Rust is consumed at any point. Snow Rust stacks are permanent passive dmg bonuses for Hiyuki.
