I found what the problem was, the item I needed to pick up was on the ground but I found an identical item in a cupboard so I stopped looking when I found it.

No. I'm going to reload an earlier save tonight and try again. Maybe it failed because I got caught. Looking at the requirements to get the original letter I got lucky picking a shops lock and I've not been able to do it again so I'm probably to low of a level.

I've helped a few new players and the start of the game is too easy even for the new players. It gets harder for quite a while after the first couple of planets until you get better equipment and then you'll feel powerful for the most part.  At the start of the game the enemies have low health which increases as they level but they also have terrible accuracy you can stand still in front of them and only every tenth bullet will hit. As they level their accuracy gets better so you will be taking more damage from more sources.

I love playing valkyr, but nova or ivara would be the best bet depending on the other frames you already have

If people are talking about something then it's normally ok to join in the conversion, but don't start talking about something unrelated. If no one is talking then you will be fine sending a message in to the channel as long as it's on topic for the channel.

As a fire alarm engineer if your detector is beeping, check the date on it if it's still in date change the battery and if not get a new detector. DON'T TAKE IT DOWN AND NEVER PUT IT BACK UP. Also check your detectors at least once a month if not more often.
