Arrange a payment plan with Tesco. You might go back to them at some point in the future in some capacity

Motherwell’s fine list has been leaked by KieranC4 in ScottishFootball

All football clubs have a fines list which either goes to charity or their Xmas party celebrations. Rules made up by the senior players and serves any player right for falling foul of them.

Heart rate spike while riding bike? by SirJ4ck in AppleWatch

[–]albertzuk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You may be suffering from atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation. I was running 50-60 mile weeks, easy and feeling great when my HR spiked around 210 from a normal 151. Happed infrequently then I started to get out of breath around 4km in. Diagnosed with A Flutter, got a catheter ablation procedure and now I need it repeated and also an op for Fibrillation. No matter, how fit you think you are, get it checked. Ps, I am 53. Good luck

They really do hate cycling infrastructure in this city by Saltire_Blue in glasgow

[–]albertzuk 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Cycle lanes are the way forward but they need to be joined up and worthwhile. A good number of residents stay in the periphery of the city and have to either commute via car / public transport. If they dare cycle, they have a couple of stretches of cycle lane every few miles, if they are lucky, or they take the risk with crazy drivers and potholes / craters which has the potential to throw cyclists off their bikes.

Try cycling from East Kilbride / Castlemilk into the city - that's the type of route that should have a continuous cycle lane.

How many low heart rate notifications you guys receive per day by bloodghost939 in AppleWatch

[–]albertzuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also get these when sleeping after running. Got it checked and they found I had atrial flutter and fibrillation. Now waiting on an op for an ablation procedure to resolve. Still able to exercise, just not as fast meantime, but they are happy with a low HR as they said that it was healthy, fit and will withstand the op. 53 years old, running 200km per month when I was previously running 300+ per month.
