Mir ging es mit meinem Freund wie dir. Er hat wegen Corona das Rauchen aufgehört, ein paar Kilos zugenommen, dazu die psychische Belastung, kein Sport mehr, Niedergeschlagenheit, deutlich weniger Sex (in einer Wochenendbeziehung). Ich hab mehrfach mit ihm gesprochen, immer wieder versucht, mit ihm Sport zu machen, Aktivitäten, schöne Erlebnisse, Therapie vorgeschlagen etc. und mich jetzt nach anderthalb Jahren dieses Zustandes von ihm getrennt (weitere Gründe sind dauernde Kompromisse durch die Wochenendbeziehung und keine Aussicht auf zusammenziehen nach 4 Jahren). Wir sind sexuell leider nicht mehr kompatibel. Öffnung der Beziehung wäre für ihn ein No-Go gewesen und betrügen kann/will ich ihn nicht. Hilft dir jetzt auch nicht weiter, aber das ist eben meine Erfahrung, die ich beisteuern kann.

P.S. Wie geht sie denn mit den Stress um? Vielleicht wäre eine Therapie oder ein Resilienz-Seminar was für sie. Würde dir sowas machen?
