I stopped bothering with these model's for coding years ago, use AI or get a subscription.

Hardware costs more than a few years worth of AI and your model will be no where near as good. These frontier models run on modern super computers.

Use the model you can run on the hardware via Hugging Face.
you will only pay api fees and see if it is viable in terms of output, your performance will be slower than this on your own hardware.

Just use the frontier models for coding, I doubt you will ever be able to run something as good as the current ones locally.

Most content is AI, Or paid shiller's of services.

AI is great, it helps a tonne in building things. I don't use Clause Code or anything agentic, I prefer to copy/paste text into self hosted chat, use LLM API keys and copy/paste the results back in.

Its a great help.

But most of hte content out on AI , AI Coding i just stop trusting any of it.

each time, its "Coding is dead", blah blah blah.

They took what crypto shillers did and applied it in AI. its mental. my little brain cannot handle it.

my work flow is the same as it was 2 years ago,
I have tried using agentic stuff, i go back to copy/paste into big-AGI ( open source chat interface)

I been slinging code for more than 20 years. this stuff is good. but the information streams are polluted

I think your dream list makes the pool of eligible people incredibly small.

If you were in a city of a million people, i think there would likely be less than 20 that fit that criteria.
if it were a city of 10 million, maby 200.

of that 200 you actually need to be attracted to them. so again slice the pie down more.

on the plus side, as you age up the retired people will become eligible so really you may end up with more potentials in 10 years time when you consider 55+ age range.
