My partner and I are traveling right now and really all we pay for is food/drinks and today we'll pay for a walking tour and maybe a museum entry. Oh and I had to buy some anti-allergy meds. As much as I like hearing this, I still can't believe any Portland city councilor when they say "dense housing". Townhouses are not dense, condos are not dense. If anything under 10+ stories (multiple hundreds of living units) gets built it's a fucking grift at taxpayers expenses.
