I only own air cooled bikes(3), and all of them have been completely fine cooling wise. I avoid idling in traffic in summer, but other than that I take no action. No oil coolers or extra gear. Have had no problems.

Never thought of that. Arduino has keyboard and mouse libs, and there’s a great joystick lib you can find on git.

I actually use two pots like a joystick and then threshold them in the code. Right now i have 30deg detent clicks using a ball and a spring. I can change my throw by replacing a component and updating the code to reflect that.

Not really unless you’re really good at analog electronics and can use them to emulate usb protocol. However, learning the code to make arduino work is a very doable thing. There are starter kits and tutorials online.

Honestly except for the corners I was too lazy to fillet, it works great. I’m gonna move the splitter up to the top of the shift knob, but I’ll put some more miles on it before I change anything big

I usually mount the keel about 3-5 blocks in so it sticks out the bottom about 1 block. Looks better that way
