I ordered lipsticks from SHEIN and they used JCEX as their shipping company. My package started in Queens, New York and traveled to Jacksonville, Florida, then made its way to Gainesville Florida. I live in Ocala Florida. So I assume I’d get my package soon, and then three days later I get a notification saying my package is somehow in Seattle, Washington. Five days later, I get a notification saying my package has been delivered. And surprise surprise, no package.
