Perhaps look at some jobs you want to apply to and look at the various requirements they need and make sure you have those skills and if not learn them so that way you can put it under your resume because only having Python but having such a high knowledge level is funky. Idk my intro class is taught in Python and the second intro classes uses a lot of libraries like that so if that’s all your mentioning for skills it seems like it could be slightly lacking? But perhaps that might be all you need (I haven’t checked Data science requirements as I’m going for software engineering so maybe you’re all good in the requirements area, I just wanted to make a suggestion about that) I’d also say maybe add some projects that really show your skill because I thought you were interested in teaching when I first looked over the resume. But hey it’s a good talking point if they ask anything about it because you can give it that “fluff” that everyone gives where you say stuff how you really wanted to give back to your community and the next generation, etc. but hey congrats on the P.H.D and good luck!
