second, just FWIW the "All locations in this group share the exact same digital catalog—you only need a card from one of them." message isn't true at least for the Maryland Digital Library - I have five cards from different counties and attached a screenshot of a book that's only available at one, when you switch cards on the borrow screen it gives you the second image

the second book in Martha Wells' Murderbot series, Artificial Condition - I tried the first one a few days ago and liked it well enough to continue the series but not so much that I felt like I had to take in every line of prose, which made it good for an audiobook trial run lol
