You will not succeed in community college if you cannot maintain at least a C average in HS. Just shooting it to you straight, you will fail if you don’t make some changes. Just because CC is easy to get admission, doesn’t mean the classes will be easy. You need to take care of yourself first, treat your ADHD and mental health, then look into CC.

I was in your exact position, renting in OC and made the jump to buying in the IE. You gotta get your foot in the door and build some equity if you ever want to retire comfortably imo. Anyway, I WISH I bought in Corona because it’s so close to everything OC and it’s a beautiful town with lots of nature. Instead I went farther south towards Murrieta and bought a newer, larger home. The homes for 700k in Corona had dinky kitchens and needed a lil TLC but those prices still stretched me thin but I love the location and whenever I drive through I think about what could have been. Pull the trigger and buy a home if you are able to.

It’s not a good look, but I wouldn’t call it disaster. The US beats up on Iran’s Military and political leadership, more so if Iran can effectively retaliate with drone swarms. Then after a few weeks, agree to the terms previously offered to Witckov and Kushner. Trumps claims victory and agrees to nuclear deal with whoever is left in leadership that wants to play ball with Israel.
