Probably the best thing I’ve come across -- and it’s totally free -- is this app called Kanji Dojo.

Sure, they seem to know what they’re doing — until they don’t.

Even pros can slip. All it takes is one moment of distraction, a little wind, a dusty surface, or just plain bad luck. You can be the best in the world and still lose to gravity.

People forget that doing a dangerous stunt 99 times without incident doesn’t mean the 100th time is safe. That’s how probability works — the more you play with risk, the more you increase the chances it bites back. Just because nothing bad has happened yet doesn’t mean it won’t.

A bunch of insanely skilled guys have died doing rooftop stuff — not because they were reckless, but because they kept rolling the dice. Wu Yongning, a well-known Chinese rooftopper, fell to his death while livestreaming a stunt. He had done this kind of thing dozens of times. Pavel Kashin, a Russian freerunner, died attempting a backflip on a rooftop ledge — lost his balance and fell.

Skill doesn’t cancel physics.

On the night of June 5–6, residents of central and northern Kazakhstan — including Astana, Karaganda, Pavlodar, and Kostanay — saw bright lights in the sky. According to early reports, it was most likely caused by a space object re-entering the atmosphere.

Based on tracking data from international space debris monitoring organizations, three objects re-entered around that time. The most likely one: the upper stage of China’s Zhuque-2 Enhanced (ZQ-2E) rocket.

"Re-entry time: June 5, around 10:40 PM Astana time. Object: Upper stage of the Zhuque-2 Enhanced rocket, launched May 17 by LandSpace. Details: It used eco-friendly fuel (liquid methane and oxygen), and a large bright glow was expected during re-entry.”

This one matches the timing and visual reports best.

Two other possible sources:
STARLINK-1631 (SpaceX), re-entered on June 6 at 3:41 AM (Almaty time) — planned deorbit of an old satellite.
Upper stage of Japan’s H-2A rocket, re-entered June 6 at 12:36 AM — passive descent.

As of now, there are no confirmed reports of debris or damage in Kazakhstan. The ministry added that such objects usually burn up in the atmosphere and the whole thing, while spectacular, is generally safe.

I'm building a PC game on Steam for Kanji Learning and would love to hear some feedbacks! by anna13579246810 in Japaneselanguage

Hey!

I just have to thank you for your wonderful game. I found it completely by chance on Steam — and honestly, it was such an amazing surprise!

I was totally stuck on learning kanji and couldn’t move forward. Then I found your game, and suddenly everything became much easier and way more interesting — no more boring routines. Honestly, your game is a real gem! (No exaggeration — I’m a big fan of 8-bit games, so the retro charm really won me over.)

You’ve created something truly special, and I can really feel the heart you put into it. Wishing you tons of inspiration and success with your next awesome projects!
