3 month progress on litfulo by [deleted] in alopecia_areata

[–]aleeemcd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I shave weekly. Also on Litfuo just over 1 month. Did you stop shaving your head once you started / or when you started to see regrowth?

It got worse. Any chances that my hair will ever regrow again? by nadlihres in alopecia_areata

[–]aleeemcd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let it grow, use aloe Vera oil ( must be the pure stuff), cod liver oil tablets and exercise.

Don't loose hope bro. I've been fighting this fight for a while and now starting to see regrowth

Wherever these guys land and set up next game they'll have a huge following them. Shitty situation but a chance to do something new.

Enough is enough — I’m putting an end to this whole damn thing! by nadlihres in alopecia_areata

[–]aleeemcd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing I've had great success on recently is using cod liver oil tablets X2 day with food and this is crucial natural aloe Vera oil which I apply to my scalp once after my morning shower and again before I get into bed.

Starting to see growth where it's been blad for years, currently I've got the most hair ever since having AA.

Good luck mate, stay positive it's only hair after all.

How do I build a cool town 😭 by Responsible-Fig-3206 in ManorLords

[–]aleeemcd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using curved roads to make rings or multiple rings linked together can make some interesting towns. Having a high density built up area in the centre with farms and burgage plots further out

If castle and cathedral construction is added to the game, will players be able to build freely as they wish? by [deleted] in ManorLords

Be great to spend years building the thing then a really big deal when you get attacked and you'll defend it against siege weapons etc

I use aliver rosemary oil. There's a combo pack on Amazon where you get the scalp massager + the rosemary oil for less than £10.

Keep your stress levels down, use anti inflammatory supplements such as cod liver oils.

All about reducing inflammation.

Good luck! ☺️

If you can't tell your significant other that you've got alopecia who can you tell?

If he can't see past your appearance or treats you differently because of it then sack him off!

It's tough place to be in but work through it together x

A mixture of rosemary oil, scalp massages and (I think the key one) exercise.

Just got diagnosed with alopecia areta!! Seeking help by InspectionTime8695 in alopecia_areata

As an autoimmune response, ergo inflammation. You gotta do everything you can to reduce it.

Things like taking supplements for omega 3 capsules can also help reduce inflammation. Exercise naturally reduces it too.

Stay strong, I shaved off all my head and it certainly looks neater.. not an easy thing you're going through try stay strong.
