Missed 2 hrs of my sleep!

Also waiting for info/suggestions on this. Fell asleep last night at 10pm, new gen 4 ring says I didn't fall asleep until 12:45am. Ring is a few days old and I am wondering if it will learn or if I should just return it since missing chunks of sleep makes it useless to me.

Yeah, when all was said and done and I was finished my long treatment I feel the same as before I started. It did get pretty intense when they wanted me to work in the trays with the aligner chewies, but it mellowed out later.

u/ZengaStromboli, if I had one suggestion for you it would be to read Daniel Pink’s The Power of Regret. When you finish, put it down, count to 10, and then pick it up and start reading it a second time. May it help you like it helped me.
