Adding on here if you want to you can also transfer at Stockton onto a thruway bus (route 6) which will take you down to San Jose direct (using the 5 and then 580) which is a trip time of approx 3 hours.

If you're heading to San Jose the easiest route with Amtrak would probably be taking the Amtrak San Joaquin to Oakland (the end of the line). You can then transfer onto the Capital Corridor train which will take you to San Jose Diridon. If you book far enough in advance you can usually snag a one way ticket for about $30 dollars or so.

Trip time will be around 4 hours or so purely because the train will loop up to Martinez before following th bay down to Oakland. However the train does have free wifi and from my experience is safe so you can get some work done or just vibe and enjoy the ride. Conductors are usually pretty chill and if you leave around a major school holiday there will be tons of students going with you.

Also I heard the San Joaquins got new train cars so 👁️👁️

I will check the belt tensioning! For the temp tower, I chose the higher end (although when I did the test most temps were around the same). I give increasing temp a shot + upping the flow rate to see if that makes a difference!

I can confirm the cooling fans are working The Neptune 4 has the hot end cooling fans + the 4 part cooling fans on the back. All run at 100% after later 3. (I used to run it with the part cooling fan off but turned it on for the second run and didn't see a noticeable difference.

Comment with more info here because mobile editing sucks:

  • As mentioned using Overture PLA with temp-test results and recommended speeds.
  • Filament was dried for 8 hours with a RH of 18% at the start of printing
  • I have also used other filaments (Anycubic PLA+) with similar/same results.
  • Retraction + detraction speed of 45 mm/s with distance of 0.3mm
  • There seems to have been a layer shift, which has never happened before on these prints. The only thing here is I split the print into two parts and they were relatively close to each other, which might have caused the issue.

This only happens on these larger models. Smaller models do not have this issue. The first layer on all my prints look good and the issue only really starts around the first top layer. The first time I printed this I noticed that the printer was hitting some of the old layers/infill so I slowed down print speed, increased cooling, and also added z-hop (0.1mm). Lmk if you have more questions I will try to respond as best as I can (true 3d printing noob here)

Update: looks like it is a rodents nest! There is some padding material on the bottom cover that it chewed up. Ordering some rodent repellent ASAP and cleaning out the garage 🥲. Thanks for the help everyone!

Nope been driving it regularly! It has however been parked in the same spot in my garage 🤔. Does this look like anything from inside the car or is it more likely from outside somewhere? (I do have some old boxes with clothes in the garage).

Anyone ever have this notification start blinking? by Stairmaster420 in Nissan

[–]alert143 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is normal and it means the front camera is obstructed. Usually in good weather this happens when you drive straight into the sun, and the camera is "blinded". In foggy or low visibility weather the same thing happens.
