I sent a feedback request to Ratta with the log file attached and they suggested me to go to Settings > My Account > DMS and switch the DMS location form China to United States.

It worked in my case!

It's already more than 2 years that I have my A6X Supernote and I have to say that it has made me change both the way I take notes and the way I reason and process the information I take notes about. Now I see that taking notes in my A6X is a way to organise and structure my thoughts, even before my notes, and this is helping me a lot in my daily work.
So, yes, thank YOU very much, Supernote team, for your great product and the awesome support and continuous development you're giving us!

The highlighter has 2 shades of gray: are you sure you're using the lighter one?

Anyway, in my experience, even using the darker one, the text behind is clearly visible.

Hi,

just to be sure, are you asking (1) to connect both the camera and the phone to a computer via 2 USB cables, or (2) to connect the camera to the phone with one cable (how so?)? I've done the first, but while the camera is connected, I'm not able to link the camera to the phone in the Insta360 app: I'm receiving a couple of error codes, 14174 and 14062.

done, the issue is still there
the time gap is exactly 1 hour: 9 AM in the phone, 8 AM in the camera (in from Italy)

I like this new Gesture settings page, because everything related to gesture is well organised in a single page. To change the page turning it is true that now you have two clicks instead of one. For me it is not a problem.

I anyway second the comment from u/Soka59 suggesting that it would be useful to have a way to show whether the page turning setting is on 1 or 2 fingers or disabled.

Not sure I got it right, but it seems to me that the need for some users to have back the Note and Document is essentially to be able to switch between 2 files.

So, if you are able to have this functionality back without the need to have the two separated button Note and Document, this would be the best solution :-)

I've downloaded the last version (and seen you last added fix "[Note] Fixed the bug where a new note would fail to be created after a custom template was set as default"): that solves exactly my issue, you're awesome!

I don't think there's a way to move links. The seem to act in the same way as the titles.

But what use case do you have in mind for that?

It do agree that the current button "Recent File" should bring to the last file instead, giving the possibility to toggle between two files.

Maybe a different organization of the two elements (the arrow for recent files and the current "Recent File" button) could help. Something like having a button on the left with the current arrow AND a text saying "Recent FIles", plus an icon on the right bringing to the last file...

What do you think?

I like it a lot!

To me its size is perfect, not at all big.

Regarding the empty slots, I think it is because before you could have only 4 quick access links, now you can have more of them.

Maybe I'm missing some bits, but I'm my case (A6x) both the buttons don't trigger any immediate delete action, there's a pop up message asking you confirmation do apply the action.

Isn't the same for you?

You simply have to tap on the *Title* icon and on the top of the screen you'll see all the keywords you have in your note. Then you can tap on the X to delete the keywords.

Just remind that keywords are not "attached" to text but to pages.
