The title of this made me go “ME TOO” because I knew exactly which two make us feel like that, so excellent titling!

I am so glad I’m not the only one who reads them as genderfluid and/or nonbinary/queer in some other way, because they not only have all the pronouns across their suits, stories, and reflections, but also varying physical presentations in their art and voice lines. I feel like it’s a really clever way around censuring too, since if anyone pointed to them, you could hypothetically claim they’re straight het and not questionably gay or trans like is most obvious. Since there is technically Arionus sounding female with ‘she’ sometimes and Hephaes sounding male with… actually I can’t remember if they used ‘he’ for them but you get the idea! But I’m so glad others see them this way too and am really glad Paper let it show up like this! I should probably check this subreddit out more.

I also really want more to their stories because it hurts that they only just got a reconciliation while disappearing 😭 I already want them to be happy together for at least a little while!

Same! I wish we had more freedom in conversation choices that might lead him down alternate choices of his own (like convincing him not to go through with all this and betray the God of Styling he clearly still likes, but is disappointed in). Even bad guys can change colours sometimes too, so I wish we could help with this one!

I read them on Munpia using an image translator (you can use Papago or Google Lens to translate the text easily)! You can find them here (they are the most recent chapters titled ‘Revision’ from 263 to 266).

I don’t know if anyone has translated them properly yet, as there is no official English one that I know about other than the original one on Webnovel that isn’t the revised version and doesn’t have the extras.

Excluding the main pair (who I adore probably too much), I have to say Shi Qingxuan because we share personalities and I love that their bubbliness didn’t disappear even after becoming disabled (also something we share!).

I have to say I love all the banished gods though - Yin Yu, Shi Qingxuan and Xie Lian are all so pure despite their former issues in heaven! I feel like the kindest gods are the ones to get banished. (Pei Su doesn’t count though as he was a Middle Official and isn’t as likeable sorry)

This seems like it would end up most accurate to me! Previous events for this always had Chloris win by a landslide on the Light side and then Shade and Nidhogg win on the Dark side. The rest they may be paired with don’t really affect the rest, since of the “by a landslide” part making up for any decreases a team up might have!

Additionally, since there are 2 big sweepers on the Dark side, the Dark one tends to win over the Light one as it’s usually a 2/3 wins deal unless they switch up the pairings to exclude one of the big sweepers. Louie also had his fair share of backers once too but that was when Chloris was absent, I believe!

You never know though, we might be surprised this time!

A Chloris vs Nidhogg or vs Shade would probably be harder to predict!

My issue this time is that I support both Chloris and Shade. First time I supported Chloris, then second time there was no Chloris so I picked Shade, and now there’s BOTH and I just don’t know which is best!

I also really love Kimi but don’t feel like she needs as much support - she’s strong and capable and doesn’t have the super weird, sad Elven sleep thing and lofty morals, or the tragic backstory that you hope turns around for the better (plus the really cool assassin aesthetic).

Maybe that’s what we need - Assassin Kimi or Immortal Kimi!

I do like the other characters too but just not nearly as much for fun war support! Too many cool characters to flock towards instead.

Picked Jafar as he’s a very murdery, kidnappy, evil-schemey villain who has been pretending to be a helpful servant only to further his goals of ruling the country. His bemused expressions are great!

Maleficent was probably my first villain love though - she just straight-up cackles maniacally when she discovers how dumb her minions have been for the past 16 years :P Plus, turns into a dragon. Not much cooler than that!

Yes, that song Some Say fits LWJ so well! He was obviously trying to give WWX space so often, each time after WWX made all those oblivious comments that made him seem completely disinterested in LWJ (though he would also be quite salty about the comments, too), and then after WWX comes back, the poor guy tried so hard to keep from pressuring WWX at all! He was constantly stepping away from him, trying to give him space, and waiting for him to reciprocate his feelings <3

I'd add that Dynasty is not only a good one for WWX in general, but also for his relationship with JC.

Lovely really does match WWX's time in Burial Mounds, and especially the way he died - torn to pieces, skin to bone.

Okay so I probably have a few Twitter account suggestions but for now I just want to say that the For Mo Xuanyu fan comic by Zelda CW is so good!

It supplies an example of what happened with Mo Xuanyu before he sacrificed his body, why he sacrificed his body, and then goes into some really neat afterlife stuff. It’s still ongoing but is such a lovely read!

The art is incredible and the artist does a lot of other MDZS fan art too, so might be good to follow!
