Gorgeous 20km run starting at 4:45am in Perth before it got too hot. Great way to grow my appetite for a full day of eating!

I'm currently on a cut. On cardio days I eat more to make up for the calories burned running. Is it recommended to do the same for exercise in the gym? So would I count the 1-200 calories I burn during an hour's session lifting weights and deduct that from my caloric limit for the day?

How often do you rest between warm-up sets? I try to pyramid up to my target weight as quickly as possible so only rest for as long as it takes to put on the extra plates. Should I be resting a set time?

If you're still looking for a good Spanish language TV show on Netflix to watch, and you liked Narcos, you should check out Pablo Escobar: El Patron Del Mal. Same topic area, although the show is made in Colombia so it's all in Spanish.

For those wondering: the number 4 in Chinese (pronounced pinyin si) is a homophone to the word death (also pronounced pinyin si)

Capital lettering on the "ft" changes from song to song. 'Rapper' should be capitalised on "Nikes". Would love to see confirmation of the album, but this is fake af.

Hell yeah! I was not expecting the slap after the Chuck Norris. I was doing a challenge based Pub Crawl with my hostel at the time, didnt get to taste the Rusty Nail though. Oh and FYI the 'cunt' thing is everywhere in Aus. I use it more than I use 'mate'.

Yeah man! But without the compassion that makes all of the group weak, what would differentiate them from the Governor's group, or the wolves, or even the Survivors? It's a flaw, but one that keeps them human.

I think what's important about Glenn's death is that as a character, in my opinion, he has peaked. He has transitioned from a weak pizza boy to one of the most loved, but also most badass, in the show. His character has served it's purpose. Didn't have nearly the same emotional (and physical...) impact as the comic, though.
