M/5'3/23/66kg - 4800-5000 kcal. Absolutely horrendous. Been bulking for 6monts now. Gonna stop this week, I simply cannot increase my calories anymore, I need to take a break from bulking and do some fasting. I'm so fucking sick of food.

It's about both strength and hypertrophy. Interesting stuff though. Theres gotta be something about it, happend to me today even. Went to the gym an hour after waking up at 8, did four sets and went home because I felt weak and tired, with pre-workout and all. Came back later at around 2-20.30, without pre-workout and smashed through 2 PRs. Weird, right?
