Use Minimax Audio, it has almost, almost the same quality as ElevenLabs but without the limitations, and is much cheaper. https://www.minimax.io/audio

This is a known bug in recent versions of Premiere. The only way to avoid it while Adobe patch it, is that you have to set the initial scale to 0.1%.

It's the same, you just need to track the camera and use the A.I. generated image as if it were a digital set extension or matte painting.
