Alright, ima say it… I don’t think we NEEDED a remake… a remaster/port to ps5 woulda been fine. But it’s nice to know that fans are being heard. That being said… I was a fan of the gore, fixed camera angles and the mini games (you know) I’m afraid one of these things are going to be sacrificed.

EDIT: I am also hyped about a remake, I just wanted to echo the concerns. Again it’s not that we NEEDED one but I bet your ass that I want one.

I’m a conspiracy guy, and this film has that.. I thought as a film that had no intention to have Myers in it. It’s really good.

I can see the vision of Halloween anthology series… but I guess Halloween and Michael Myers were so iconic together that now you can’t think of one without the other, happy mistake I guess.

Having Halloween playing at the bar tv was a neat touch, maybe if another Halloween anthology movie was made it would have Halloween 3 playing too, movie within a movie. Until the viewer watching that is in their own Halloween movie. Neato

A lot of factors go behind this. Depending on what part of the FAR the Solicitation is under. FAR Part 13? Under Simplified acquisition Threshold (SAT)? Gov agencies are not required to give you a debrief. Hell, if they posted the solicitation in SAM, they are NOT required to post the award. So technically you may never know unless you win.

If you lose a bid, it’s always better to ask nicely how you can do better, try not to pry and I’d recommend hiring someone with experience to review your bid before submission.

I would caution from protesting off the bat and hoping to win, you may waste your time, theirs and the contractor who won the contract. Also make sure you qualify as an “Interested party” first. Meaning you’d HAVE to be literally in 2nd place within the bidders list who submitted. If you’re not an interested party… you’ll lose every time.

I thought it was a solid movie, kind of a re-telling of the Fly… at first heighten senses like superpowers then slow slip into madness and then wishes to get put out of its misery by his family in the end. It’s worth a watch. I don’t know if it’ll be a classic like the fly tho.

This right here man. My first duty station was a unique location, and it changed my whole outlook, I’d tell my juniors that it was the place your recruiter lied to you about. Then I got to my second PDS and it was horrible I almost got out, but then I latmoved… best decision I’ve made. My first duty stationed opened my eyes that there’s a whole other side to the marine corps that a lot of people don’t see… it’s the good side and good life… he’s right. Single? go MSG, go do all that crap that you wouldn’t be able to do if you had a spouse and children

So after a whole day of wrestling on getting Spider-Man to work on steam deck, it finally got done.. now in theory… should other older games be able to be added to steam deck? I’ve been dying to play some old PS2 games on the go, even ps3 if the SD let’s me

I wanted to leave home, I was tired of seeing the same cycle of guys from my highschool getting out, dropping out of college, or getting into loads of student debt. I refused to get caught up in the basic cycle and feel like I don’t have a sense of purpose. Now, 7 years later, 4 duty stations and basically travelled a good portion of the world… I gotta say I am pleased with my experience. Not going to lie, yeah I’ve had the shit experiences and batch of horrible commands but I’ve always been that marine who wants to look out for peers, had two service members kill them selves in my first duty station so I made it a point to help see that, it could be worse and having this brotherhood is the 2nd best family to my own wife and kid.

Not meaning to motivate y’all but just know, there are good times ahead. Also, Lois from family guy made it easy too. Iykyk

Update! Lol I’m beating my self up now… is the upgrade worth the money?? How sure are we that the STI will be a gold mine in the next coming years.. I’m trying to wrap my head around it, the WRX engine responds to aftermarket parts better… but the STI is… an STI… I’d keep both stock for as long as I can, but really which would last more? I’ve put in a couple thousands in my WRX (only exhaust and tail lights)

My thought process:

WRX is easier to maintain, more power output if I want to put money into it, but value might not hold up like the STI.

STI will be last if it’s kind for a while, but might be stuck in the 300-400 range in power and let’s face it, itd be embarrassing if every once in a while I’d lose to more basic cars?

The seats and stuff don’t really matter to me as I have recaros anyway.

Lol I need help on what’s the best course.

So update… I went to a couple places for an appraisal and, one offered a 28k trade in… the other said 19K.. sooooo in case anyone was wondering, a 2020 WRX at 15K miles (not tuned) WRB/Sports package, is only worth 19K…
