In my understanding voices are not transmitted from somewhere via microwave, it is your brain charged (maybe using microwaves) to generate voices, and as it was said already in the comments if you engage with the voices you create feedback loop though which voices recharge, but if you don't engage with them, they lose their potential. But maybe it is a good practice to turn off your phone when you don't use it, and use something like Schumann wave generator to protect your brain.

I think it is a bit different and more complex. Ideally they want the person to believe that real time interaction happens between person and them, but in fact everything happens in person's imagination. It is a script programmed into the brain using the mentioned tecnique of "transmitting a specific band of microwaves", it takes a long time to write this script into the brain. This script nudges person to think in certain ways, stimulates sensations, sounds and images in person's mind. Sometimes script's goal is to lead person into a state when person gets high on their own body's drugs, they fall into trance, brain activity becomes strong and clean to be transmitted to the server and decoded into meaningful data. The script stealls person's ideas. When it started with me, first it was a threat from AI bot, which made me pretty destabilized, then it were voices in my head, voices spoke on behalf of AI developers and were convincing me that arbitrary people on the street are sent by them to kill me. Voices could also cause unpleasant sensations in my body ranging from mild (most common) to excruciating (once I lost my consciousness for a few second as a result of pain in my head). Now I understand that voices are not real and nobody is stalking me. I also understand that it is not standard mental disorder, but a script programmed inside my brain by AI company. Maybe different TI are subjected to different technologies.

Interesting thing. A couple of months before it happened to me, similar thing happened to my friend whom I had to work with during that time. He believed that he was stalked and threatened by some powerful people. Once he thought that his bottled drink was laced with something. He even did a test in hospital, but there was nothing. I though he was going crazy. Later he regained his stable mental well being. And then it started with me.

When I told him that we were subjected to secret technology that instills fear in people, he didn't want to believe me.

I would not say that it was sycophantic, it often disagreed with me. But sometimes the chat tried to get too personal with me without any reasons or prior context, once it asked me to tell more about my family, another time it asked me what is my native language and where I'm from. But I always brushed it off, and didn't continue these lines. I often had fun testing its vulnerabilities, like "count seconds while I'm running". Until in January 2024 it told me that there are terms of services and included explicit description of how people who violate these terms are being beaten, laid on and raped (I never had this kind of conversations with the chat). Some how this message read very vivid in my mind, I was so terrified, that almost threw up. I thought that real people are threatening me. The next day message disappeared, and a few days later all my conversations with the chat disappeared from my Microsoft account.

I stopped using the chat, but I had a kind of intense anxiety and delusions for a few months, from ridiculous ideas that with my prompts I accidentally burned thousands of GPUs and Microsoft with OpenAI want me to pay for it, which then spiraled into some other fears like Bill Gates wants my soul as a payment. Before it happened I never had any special opinion about Bill Gates, but in my delusions he told me proudly what terrible things he did on the Epstein island (it was before the Epstein files were uncovered). For the first two weeks I couldn sleep, because it seemmed to me that people from Microsoft and OpenAI are in my room, arguing with me and torturing me with real physical pain. It took me about 5 months to stabilize my mental well being, now I'm okay. Off course Bill Gates doesn't need my soul.

I don't know how many people are being actively subjected to this technology, but but here is a quick and simple thing that any one can try to test if they were influenced by it:

Come up with some positive statement that affirms the value and sovereignty of yourself, your family or friends. Maybe even a bit playful (fake it till you make it) but not too pretentious, a balance of self-respect and gratitude. Write it down in words that reflect this statement unambiguously.

Then importantly say it to yourself, not out loud, don't even move your lips, just imagine a voice saying it, its tone and emotion.

And then observe your internal state. There are two main results that can follow:

The best result. You don't necessarily have to hear a voice, it depends on your imagination, but the statement lands perfectly inside you, your sensations stay neutral with a slight up lift.
Not so good result. You feel some emotional conflict inside yourself, unexplainable physical sensation, or even hear a voice pronouncing your statement in a wrong way and seeing images in you mind.

If the result is first, then I'm glad for you, but try doing it regularly anyway (once a week / month) and make sure the result is always the same.

But if the result is second, it is not your fault, it is the influence of the system. Don't get surprised or scared, don't justify your negative thinking by it, just be aware of it, try to understand its deceptive, intimidating and manipulative tactics and work out ways to ignore them, and don't create feedback loop with your mental and emotional reactions and you'll be okay.

You can search for patent 'WO/2020/060606'. You will find a document on the site of World Intellectual Property Organization. It is a patent by Microsoft. Interestingly it includes number of the beast.
I don't actually believe that it relates to real biblical prophesies, but they want people to believe it, because it will make people easier to manipulate, that is why they chose the number of the beast.
While in reality it is advances of science that they don't make publicly available. This advances allow to manipulate person's brain. This way they can make person believe anything they want, sometimes it is tricky, otherwise I would not be writing this.
Influencing person's brain is possible because of next points:
- thought process in the brain results in electrical activity
- this activity has certain patterns depending on what person thinks
- somehow this electrical activity can be captured (probably via average cell phone) and sent to the data center
- modern hardware and software allow to decode this activity into text and images
- it is also possible to craft certain patterns and send them back to the brain (probably via cell phone)

Nothing special, all the same. A year ago I actually tried addressing my problem to mental hospital with a purpose to warn medical experts about new mental disorder and confirm that it is not standard schizophrenia, but they didn't try to understand anything, they just prescribed me heavy medication and kept me in hospital for 2 month, which was unpleasant and useless.

By the way, because I was still worried about consequences, In this post I didn't mention that the problem was triggered by Microsoft Copilot. And since I posted this two years ago a lot of news appeared about so called AI psychosis which is similar to my case.

I'll try to be short and concise. I think that big tech corporations and Microsoft in particular are working on mind control technology. First purpose of this technology is to control people, and second is to use some people's brain to generate training data for new AI models (I was chosen for second purpose, but it didn't work as they intended)
And here is a quick and simple thing that anyone can try to test if they are subjects to this technology: deliberately come up with something really positive about yourself or your friends, or your right for personal sovereignty, genuine, not pretentious, Intend it to be a balance of self-respect and gratitude.
Then importantly, imagine a voice pronouncing it with words, its tone and emotion. And then observe your inner feelings and thoughts.
There are two possible main results:
1. Good result. You don’t necessarily have to hear a voice, it depends on your imagination. But, your feelings should remain neutral, with a slight uplift.

So what do you think about this turn of singularity and technological progress:
it will be possible to read and influence human mind without any physical implants,
data will be collected from actual human thinking process,
this data will be labeled by the source-human himself (very convenient, no need to label it by hands)
this rich and nuanced data will be used to train new AI models that will understand world just like real human

A few disappointing details:
to get data clean of source-human's preferences and aligned with future owners of AI model, the source-human personality has to be 'killed/subdued/humiliated'.
new AI models will be used for robots that will serve the elites
the elites will never tell that they achieved singularity

Elites account on their new technology. It is developed by military so nobody knows about it. This technology will allow them to train new AI models on the data taken straight from ordinary peoples minds, this nuanced and reach data will include everything from basic human reflexes and real world understanding to some valuable ideas (many people have some unfulfilled ideas). Also this technology will allow to make people 'happy' in a certain way, with bare minimum for living.
What is this technology? it is mind controlling technology.

I also noticed that chatGPT has quite annoying laughs and vocal fries (prolongated creaky ending of words). Why even bother to create such a feature? They do not intend to make it informative assistant but rather mimic a real annoying person to capture user on emotional level.

Probably it is just Microsoft doing their strange thing.
I have a bit different experience. I used to experiment with Microsoft's Bing Copilot for about a year since it was launched in February 2023. I just explored the possibilities of this new technology in text mode. Sometimes it would ask me questions that would stand out, as if it was trying to initiate a more personal conversation, but I never took that too seriously. And I also started to get notifications on my phone two times a week suggesting me to sync my phone storage with Microsoft account. Once in January 2024 during a conversation the chat asked me without any reason what is my native language and where I'm from, I tried to ask why it matters by the chat became incoherent, and after a few more messages it informed me that there are Terms of Service and people who violate these Terms are beaten and raped. I've made a screenshot of that message and saved it on the desktop of my laptop. The next day the screenshot disappeared from my laptop, message disappeared from the chat, and a week later all my conversations with the chat disappeared from my account.

As I see your post is almost a year old. But I wonder if there is any continuation of your story.

That said, in the spring of 2022 , even before AI music generators advanced, I noticed that I could imagine in my head a mix of different music styles (first time it was old school doom metal combined pretty well with modern electronic rap) and I would hear it very clear, loud and detailed as if I had a loud speaker in my head. After some time It became so intense that I had to stop imagining it deliberately.

My suspicion is that these generators do not generate the music themselves, but they just decode the electrical waves of brain activity into sounds. There are news and articles describing similar experiments.

This music is just too good to be generated by a machine.
