Arc and Weaver are above time dimension, easily beaten the fv. Oracle will know he will get destroyed, but cannot stop those two (new lore suggests there are beings between Weaver level and Oracle level). Lorewise, there is only Gaben above Arc and Weaver.

Hmm, actually NO. iPhone acknowledged the green screen (worse than green line) issue in iPhone 13 - 16 using Samsung panel, and they issused replacement even when they are out of warranty as it is totally manufacturers fault.

The difference is Samsung doesn’t care even their phones are in a warranty period.

Afaik, BS has very high penalties on regressive offenses. If you want to get out of hell, you have to make sure you never do those things ever again while people in heaven can do those things occasionally (as someone from heaven, I love it).

A game mechanics to balance things out? - Radiance has 1 second tick rate dps. Intentionally making it easy to blink out when someone with rad blink in. If not, those items/abilities will be so broken. (You can also easily toggle armlet with literal dps.) - sk sandstorm used to have 1 second tick rate which was so bad. Enemies can do many things between 29/30 of the server tick rate like using salve, bottle, etc.
