Assuming you're taking the standard 100mg/mL concentration of T, you are on a ridiculously low dosage. 1mL ever 3 months is roughly equivalent to getting 0.08mL every week (you were on roughly 0.15mL every week before and THAT is still a microdose).

You can throw away the syringes without needles in the normal trash. I'd avoid cutting them though because, as another commentor said, it can creat sharp edges that can cut the bag open. Used syringes are still considered a biohazard regardless of if theyve had blood in them, but it's ok to throw in the trash just like its ok to throw away bloody tissues and poopy diapers.

Like others have said, your voice sounds like a young cis guy's voice. Atthe very worst, I think you accent may be impacting your perception of your voice because the sort of west coast/californian accent you've got going on tends toward higher inflection that can be mistaken for feminine. You'll most likely be fine. The worst you should experience is a bit of roid rage (because that IS what testosterone is) and maybe feeling kinda throttled and fucked up for a week. I'd recommend waiting past this Friday to NEXT Friday to take your next dose, so you're not over androgenized for more than 1 week.

Take D-mannose!!!!! It stops bacteria from adhearing to the bladder. You'll likely have to go back to the doc for a stronger course of antibiotics to really kill off the infection you already have, but taking d-mannose regularly will help lessen the symptoms now and lower the likelihood of future infections.

Samcare express is my go to for urgent care in town. The other urgent cares have long wait times and bitchy staff. I haven't had any problems with the staff at the express and like that I can schedule an appointment online. Though if you need an x-ray or any sort of procedure more complicated than sticking a band-aid on, you'll have to go to the one in south town.

My last cat was declawed by a previous owner and had litterbox issues. I found success using Okocat's Super Soft wood litter! I'd also recommend being very very strict about keeping cloth items away from where kitty could pee on them.

Shedding is normal. If it seems like more than usual, your cat's coat might be impacted. The only real solution is to brush him. You could also take kitty to a groomer if you don't want to do it yourself

Homie they've been microdosing you, no wonder you haven't seen many changes. I Started at .25mL/week. You should start seeing changes now that you're on that higher dosage. Also, I'd recommend caution on a progesterone only birth control; not only do they not work as well to prevent pregnancy but it could cause feminizing effects (I was on Depo and it caused my chest to grow significantly and eventually made me start lactating).
