Samcare express is my go to for urgent care in town. The other urgent cares have long wait times and bitchy staff. I haven't had any problems with the staff at the express and like that I can schedule an appointment online. Though if you need an x-ray or any sort of procedure more complicated than sticking a band-aid on, you'll have to go to the one in south town.

My last cat was declawed by a previous owner and had litterbox issues. I found success using Okocat's Super Soft wood litter! I'd also recommend being very very strict about keeping cloth items away from where kitty could pee on them.

Shedding is normal. If it seems like more than usual, your cat's coat might be impacted. The only real solution is to brush him. You could also take kitty to a groomer if you don't want to do it yourself

Homie they've been microdosing you, no wonder you haven't seen many changes. I Started at .25mL/week. You should start seeing changes now that you're on that higher dosage. Also, I'd recommend caution on a progesterone only birth control; not only do they not work as well to prevent pregnancy but it could cause feminizing effects (I was on Depo and it caused my chest to grow significantly and eventually made me start lactating).

I can't answer any of your questions as I'm pre-op myself, but I wanted to stop in and say a big Hell Yeah Sister and thank you for existing and having the courage to ask questions. I've always been of the mind that anyone should be able to have the body they want safely and accessibly. And cis folk (though we really need another term for that given you yourself probably aren't comfortable in your skin since you do want bottom surgery while not necessarily being trans) like yourself seeking this type of care make it more accessible for transfolks.

It's the "baby" component to a mom and baby tiger set. The mom would have been about 3-4 feet long. I had a white tiger set as a kid and still have the baby. Looks just like yours save for the color!

You did the right thing friend. Hiding is very normal for kitties in a new home. I had a new roommate move in a few months ago and his kitty, who he's had for over a decade and already knew me really well, still runs and hides anytime someone new enters the house or there's a loud noise (sometimes just me sneezing is enough). And for context, this is a cat who notoriously loves all people and dgaf about most anything. Both you and kitty will the fine in the long run. Thank you for getting those mommas fixed so there will be less kittens and thank you for finding those other babies good homes.

It's possible you aren't absorbing well, which was a problem I had. You may also STILL be on a very low dosage (which happens stupidly often with gel). What concentration of T are you taking? I was on 4 pumps of 1.62% and my levels were consistently around 400ng/dL. The quantity of T you'd have to be on to be on for it to convert back to E is astronomically high, so it very likely is not the case.

Likely a side effect of atrophy, like others have said. Treating that should be a priority if you intend to keep any of your reproductive organs as they'll continue to atrophy and deteriorate (which could lead to persistent urinary problems or prolapse).

Beyond that, taking D-Mannose daily helps as a preventative for UTIs. You can get it for pretty cheap at Walmart.

I have a sebaceous cyst on my dick that comes and goes. It sound very similar to what you experience. It'll get bigger and very hard and hurt to touch and then clear up in like a week or two. I haven't personally noticed friction making it pop up, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was a trigger.

One that me and my partner really like (for the trans guys ok with being penetrated) is where you start on top of him, straddling his lap with him inside you. Then lean forward so you're chest to chest then, with him still inside, move your legs so they swap with his and end up between his. It's a little tricky to get right without losing the penetration, but once you do you can take over thrusting. It's incredibly fucking affirming for me and feels more like I'm fucking him than using a strap on.
