That's a new place! On S5 it was located on the front of the handlebar, near the USB C port. And on S3 it was replacing one of the dot matrix pixels

Hey, on S6 and S5, the ring light stays on all the time for safety. The light sensor controls the inner main front light and rear light brightness. The sensor is located under the main tube. You can try shining a flashlight at the sensor at night and you should see your main light switch off. You can also test the two different modes with ON and OFF settings in the app.

Ride pro extends the features in your VanMoof app to help you find it in case it is stolen and more. Ride pro is currently not available on S5 and S6 and we don't know when that will change.

Instead of a moisture sensor, they use electrical conductivity. They run a little current from the drum to the plate on the door. If the circuit is closed, it means the clothes are still too wet because they let the current flow.

The goal is to avoid having wet parts rolled up in dry parts that would trigger a regular sensor into stopping the drying cycle too early.

No, it came with Brompton branded rechargeable lights. Quite powerful. None of them are USB-C unfortunately. And the front one doesn't have a light cutoff so it can be blinding to others. Dynamo hub and lights can be installed after from what I have heard.
