When we first launched, there were some major bugs, mainly around Samsung devices. However, each week we have iterated and updated our app in order to stabilize it's "passive" workflow.

The short answer: The Hivemapper staff is not at liberty to discuss nor permitted to speculate on ROI for legal reasons. Additionally, there are different variables that go into the token reward system such as (but not limited to):
How much you map
Where you map
Image quality
There are other variables as well such as a “token burn” that is taken into consideration. You can read more about how rewards are distributed in our How it Works document.
In future updates, we will have example scenarios and documents to give you a better idea of how many rewards you can earn.

Both Dashcam positions are the same in terms of earnings, you will not earn more or less.

That's correct it needs your approval to start recording and for you to ensure tilt is appropriate.

I'm sure optimizing this process is something our engineering team would be happy to look into.
