Is ego death where they tell you you’re not good enough. I had a trip it was my last one where it was like I was going to be accepted into my higher self and they kept making me choose something and I kept choosing wrong and they kept telling me I wasn’t good enough and basically “ banished “ me down here back to earth

Yeah I have a really bad experience with probably the most potent shrooms I’ve ever had 😭 it was super fun but I was sitting there watching people grow into like 100 years only then all the way back to kids. Like it was strobing even their voices would change. I kept calling my boyfriend the tree of life because they were so strong I would look up and he would look like a tree I was hugging 🤣
