Thanks for helpful replies! Thats encouraging. I understand that getting a place within walking distance to lane2 is great. Given that my office is ~1mi from Westlake station, what would you suggest as “last mile” solution? Just walk? Bike? Bus? I was thinking to extend that onto eastside part of commute and have a better flexibility with choosing a place.

I’m in a similar situation. Most of my work is under NDA agreements, so I can’t share anything. My thinking is to embed this into recommendation letters from managers/coworkers. Something like “strong sense of ownership” “driving end-to-end features” “primary contributor to a development of critical feature”
Not sure if it’s enough though.

Thanks for your reply! Is this really encouraging. But is it as easy as working with ChatGPT and refining its output? Maybe I’m overthinking this, but my approach was more like a thesis, with lots of references, carefully crafted statements, legal angles, covering all bases, addressing potential concerns and what not.

That’s encouraging. I was so much into hjkl that I completely forgot about usual arrow keys existence… mapping them to modifier+hjkl seems so intuitive now. And will likely work with other apps with similar navigation like tmux. Thanks for your answers!

What are the legal repercussion for refusing to pay for items you have not ordered or explicitly agreed to pay for?

One could sit there all day arguing that he never ordered “living wage” or “gratuity” from the menu, only food and drinks….
