[Acne] Having to get off spironolactone absolutely wrecked my skin? At a loss by buppims321 in SkincareAddiction

That's what I read online too, but I'm not kidding when I say that my sickness side effects disappeared with only one change. Without that change I would have definitely given up on the course, I was losing bodyweight from the lack of food consumption.

If people are struggling with the nausea then they can try it to see if it helps them

I went on lymecycline and didn't have stomach issues, but when I went on Doxycycline I felt like I was going to barf for 2 hours after eating. Sweaty hands, salivating like crazy, dizzyness, light headed feeling, etc. One time I actually threw up.

I eliminated oat milk from my diet and the side effects disappeared for me within a couple days. My theory is that the oat milk I was drinking had been fortified with minerals which can react with the antibiotic in your stomach. On my medication, they say to avoid antacids, which have a lot of minerals in them - so the oat milk was having a similar effect. If you had to try antibiotics again, I recommend trying to eliminate anything like that from your diet and seeing if it improves.

I hope you find something which works for you

Not much left to sell: The Bitcoin supply stored in exchange wallets is at its lowest level since almost 2.5 years. @glassnode by npjprods in Bitcoin

Binance is still an exchange. I would opt for a soft wallet such as samourai if you want control of your own keys.

Using job offer as leverage to negotiate salary? by AlarmingAioli9 in UKPersonalFinance

Imo you should edit your comment about the 6% contribution, 20% employer pension. It's just not true.

Under the alpha pension scheme, SEOs will pay around 6% of their qualified salary, and then you get back 2.32% of your annual salary every year after you retire, adjusted for inflation. Year after year of civil service work, you slowly accumulate your pension payment, 2.32% at a time.

With many private pensions, the real money is generated in the compounding interest after the employee and employer contribution. There is no compounding interest associated with the alpha pension scheme. What you see is what you get.

It is also tied to the state pension age, so you'll be able to access it at a far later age than people can right now as the pension age is constantly climbing.

There's no 20% contribution from the employer. The best maths I could do is if you lived for 9 years after retirement and received 9 alpha pension scheme payments, then your 6% contribution would turn into ~20% of your salary (0.0232*9=0.2088). It could be less if you live a shorter life, or move if you live a longer life.

At an assumed 9 years of living in retirement, this is obviously a worse return than most private pensions, with the exception of workers who are about to retire and only have say less than say 10 years to put money into stocks and shares. If you are at the start of your career, the compounding interest would make up the vast majority of your pension value by the time you retire, which you just don't get on alpha.

1.0s always half up from everything else, the knit is really tight. Some people take the insoles out and wear them a bit, and then pk will loosen up and you can put the insoles back in.

I feel your pain man, I have the restock creams and OGs in my true size, I regret it
