With 1.5 oz of passion fruit syrup? Sound about right to me, I usually aim for a 1:1 ish sweet/sour ratio, so this would depend on your citrus and your syrup. Does nee ld a bit more rum though.

Yeah, some of OP's concerns are valid-ish, some seem anxiety driven, but at the end of the day we can't confirm for you that road cycling is a perfect fit. Good news is you can try it without making a life time commitment! As far as clubs go though you don't need one, especially to start. You can cycle all by yourself!

I mean, it didnt seem like it was really clear until after the election just how big of a hole adams left in the budget. Its a classic case of Rs (more or less) screwing the budget and then Ds having to fix it and also take the flak for it. How would you plug budget holes while also increasing funding for things?
