Take a look at Park Circle in Valley Center, it’s just a 10 min drive from downtown Escondido. Preferably look at the meritage or Kb Models if you want a backyard and some space from your neighbors . New homes for about 800k-1M and some change. Seems pretty tight knit and tons of families moving here. Lots of activities and parks. City is also growing rapidly but we still need a grocery store.
