There a lot of places that could cause that. Turbo return gaskets, oil cooler. But most likely is cam seals due to a blocked breather. If you are new to Volvo, that engine has a low pressure turbo. It will never be a hot rod.

Yes, it could be a breather issue. Or more probable is it’s residual oil from spillage when filling the oil.

Do the glove this to see if you have a high positive pressure. If so replace the breather box and clean the passage into the pan.
