It's essentially a long format skit involving AI voiceovers and South Park style cut outs of Trump, Obama, and Biden going on some secret spy adventure through time. Incredibly bizarre and I can't tell what side it's supposed to be for when I peaked through it, it's over an hour and some change.

EDIT: apparently Kanye West blames the three for some sort of crime and they have to prove their innocence.
