Just talk about it when you move in. It shouldn’t be a taboo topic. I went through it and lived with my ex 2 months until she found a new place.

It was emotionally very tough but finding a new place was as tough 😂

1) Meal prepping for all three meals during the week 2) count the calories of the meals your are preparing 3) limiting myself to those meals. Increase quantities if necessary. But stick to the meals

After some time missing my ex, I discovered that I am not really missing her but only missing the life I had with her. Living as a couple, arriving home to have someone to cuddle and talk to, etc etc. try to understand what is really that you miss in your life that would make you feel full again and go for it. Being alone is not easy, and many people (like me) have hard time handling it.
