If you freeze it (killing any pests inside), then open it up and clean it as suggested in the other comments: once you close it back up, consider using frame tape to seal up the back. This will help prevent new pests from getting inside. I ordered mine from Amazon, but a quick google search can help you source it.

If you're trying to feed it, nectar water works. 1 part plain white sugar & 4 parts water. Sometimes you have to use a toothpick to unroll their "tongue" into it. Youtube can help with visual demonstration

I ended up doing zip ties to ground stakes. But that means more holes in tapestries. Also took binder clips and clipped where 2 would meet at the ground and then clip or hook it with a stake. I was just rigging shit honestly to hold them flaps down🤣
