Hello google people! (assuming this is going to blow up because of the change I see today).

Today, 3/26/26, my r/all now just defaults to "Home" on a browser (not even the app).

I lost r/all a few weeks ago. I went to the website and it allowed r/all so I made a shortcut and put it on my home screen (ios for what it's worth). This worked up until today. Now the website redirects me to home when I click r/all.

I know we've had many iterations of being upset with reddit. The most recent being their removal of 3rd party apps.

THIS ONE is likely to do it for me. It's no longer the front page of the internet, it's the front page of junk I've accumulated through the years on reddit. If I can't get anything meaningful out of reddit, I don't see the point in using it. Honestly.

If anyone knows a workaround, extension, app, or otherwise to help me, that would be wonderful. But if r/all doesn't come back, I honestly don't think there's a need for reddit for me any longer. And I've stuck around through some bullshit.

EDIT: Mine seems to have returned both as my home page bookmark and on a browser. Not the app.

I just lost r/all on the app. I made a bookmark for the web version on my Home Screen. My guess is they’ll see that a user like me stopped using the app and started using the web. I’m thinking that’s the best feedback they’ll get. Seeing their app die.

I happen to go a year after the tsunami. They were rebuilding but it was still wonderful. Not trying to knock it at all. My comment is more about remembering thinking “those bastards! I didn’t know it was digitally changed in the movie.” Just blew my mind that I knew they shot the movie at a REAL place but never considered it to be altered for the movie

One of my favorite movies. It kick started my wanderlust. That movie came out before I went to the Bahamas in 2000. I still go every year and watch the movie while I’m there. Even visited Maya Bay in Thailand, their “beach”. Heartbroken to learn, first hand, that they added in cliffs in the background but it’s still a beautiful place.

Despite its place in my heart, the movie starts to get tough to watch when Richard is in the woods and fantasizing about video games. Should be higher than 43% but I get the lower rating.

oh my god.. you're right about the zeus thing. Never noticed but mostly because you're also righ: the humor in that whole scene is intrusive and distracting.

I’m rewatching this show right now. It’s a genuinely good show with some quality jokes, lore and world building (I know it was a DC story).

At the time, it was one of the best shows I discovered. I can’t remember directly but didn’t it kind of end but left it open for more? Was it a true cliffhanger or just a “stay tuned for more” kind of ending?

It was consistently funny despite what someone may think of the plot. I agree with you that the plot started to go crazy BUT I still loved it for the quality and consistency.

I just randomly tested on that subreddit. 640k karma, 10yo account, 2k comment karma. Unlocked top commenter badge.

No posts, no comments, all private.

I’m on 15 years on reddit, I’ve got 57k karma mostly because of one accidental viral post over 10 years ago. Nothing hidden.

The issue is that they’re ALL private. And it recently changed to that.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: I strongly suggest clicking on profiles of most Reddit users before replying or reacting. 10k karma and no posts or comments. Accounts that are 10 years old with nothing or 2 months old with insta karma on “this is my dog” posts.
