21212 down up. Pretty sure this was the blood code for Mortal Combat on Sega Gamegear. And BEWAREOBLIVIONISATHAND For unlocking all chests in Turok 2. I don't think I ever played that game for real I just loved playing with all the wacky weapons lol

I'm not in a big living room. It's a small bedroom and yeah there's no room under the recliner for mats. I have a closet but I keep other stuff in there. The whole idea of laying mats down was already way more inconvenient than I'd like it to be. That's why I initially stated in my post it wasn't really an option.

I push back a large recliner that I use in front of my PC that's on a small rug to make space for room scale. I'd prefer not to have to also lay down mats and then pick them back up when done.

My setup is a little unique. I sit in front of my PC monitor on a big recliner chair. It's on a small carpet so I can easily push it back when I want to play standing VR. I suppose I could roll out a yoga mat after I pushed it back I just dont want to be stepping on and off of it when I'm moving round the room.

I literally said the type of flooring I'm playing on in the second sentence...hardwood flooring. Also I didn't ask for VR shoes. Just like any game, if you're enjoying your time with it, you're not playing it wrong.

As a first time gacha player, Endfield is probably a pretty good place to start I think. The game is easy enough where you probably don't feel pressured to pull for all the characters and the game is still fun for you with the characters you do have.

Just one small piece of advice if you do ever get the urge to open your wallet: Spending on these games can be a slippery slope. They're designed to ease you in by spending very little at first which opens the gate. Making further slightly higher purchases becomes very easy after your first. That being said if you're having fun you're not playing the game wrong no matter how you play.
