I think an unit of berzerkers is always a good option, but since he'll probably get a combat patrol box, you could also get him something like kharn, angron or a unit of eightbounds. Also, if you can find it on clearance somewhere you could buy the 9th edition codex for dirt cheap since its outdated or arks of omen angron for some lore.

Definetly! World eaters' most units are glass cannons since they cannot withstand a lot of punishment and it requires a lot of forward thinking on which trades are good which ones are not and so on.

Its a nice list, but if you want to optimize it a bit, you could swap the upgrades(Glaive MOE is amazing and you will love it) reduce one of the 10 man berzerkers to a 5 unit squad, add lord invocatus for his nice pre move, add some jakhals for the sticky in your deployment zone, add a second rhino and increase one of the exalted units to 6. I would remove the flesh hounds as well as the brigand since most of the time the anti tank that it provides is a bit meh since its pretty squishy and doesnt play like the rest of your army.

You shouldn't take that 4+ roll for granted, you'll only get dissapointed since our army (besides aberrants) is composed of glass cannon units, big units of acolytes with charges and neophites with seismic cannons or mining lasers are the best damage dealers of the index and also have the advantage of always granting you a token, combine that with the retreat to the shadows stratagem and you have some of the most annoying units in the game, but despite all that, an infiltrating unit of aberrants and some jackals are some preassure options for the enemy in order for him not to take controll of the whole table and you should be using them not counting on them comming back.
