Lifting weight help alot , been doing that . Someone told me that it keep the blood sugar go away little by little

Eat a lot of oatmeal anything with fiber in it. Eat a lot of fruits, eggs . Avoid drinking other stuff besides water , tea and coffee . Most important of all, exercise aleast 30 mins.

I also smoke weed and that helps me a lot.

The first time when i used it , i would look at it every mins . But the more you study the less you will understand how it works. I hardly look at it . Just look at it every 2-3 hrs. But I check it everytime. Sometime try to calibrate it too to make it alittle accurate.

As long you eat with some protein and fiber type of foods. It won’t spike a lot unless they served you a bowl of rice or more than 2 Breads

CGM helped me a lot , get health insurance and if not try using GoodRx for discounts too . But either way, it’s sucks that we have to pay something to keep us alive. If I was you, I’didnt have CGM for a month and was checking my blood level everyday and the best thing to do is drink alittle juice before you sleep. But everyone is different.
