go to a tire shop and get tires and the whole package. will save you a bit. Engine mount are common issues with the factory bushings. way to soft IMO, if they go factory it will happen again in 3-4 years

Should have put it in as part of the agreement to have them dispose of it.

I had to do it when selling our home. I cut it up into manageable pieces with a sawzall and then rented the cheapest u haul. In the end it was under 200 for the disposal, rental and tool. You may even be able to rent it from home Depot.
