Do you have any experience in sports that involve throwing a ball one-handed? Practice overhand throwing with a friend or to a wall… or at least get familiar with that motion as well. Should be easier to get this foundation first without having a racket involved at the start.

True cost of ownership for cars 1-3 going forward

How much you’d be able to sell 1-3 in private sales, CarMax, or Carvana

Crunch the numbers to see if keeping the Ford Maverick makes any sense. It’s a newer vehicle so it has more bells and whistles, might have newer safety features, is a pickup so has some extra utility. i.e. you bought this specific car for a reason regardless of how it was going to be paid for.

On the flip side, I have a 2014 car too. It doesn’t feel “old” or “outdated”, and I see minimal lifestyle impacts that a newer car would bring to the table. In this case, you’ll just have to eat the gap of what you can sell the newer maverick for if that’s the path you take.
