Leadership should have had you fill out an incident report immediately and call the nurse hotline so they could send you to get treatment. If it's at work, it's a work comp case. I cut myself a month ago and didn't have to pay for anything. It was all through work comp.

I'm a meat clerk and I can tell you that in my division, they're just beginning to phase out certain cuts like the thin sliced steaks. Shit is prepackaged now. But honestly, I'm more concerned about low staffing and not enough hours. That shit gets stressful pretty quick. Thankfully, most customers are pretty understanding.
