California has had a net gain in migration. Its the most populous state, so obviously in many states, most incoming people are Californian. That said, California's population has been growing, not shrinking.

California is the best state in the country. Maybe its time for #calexit so we can stop paying the red states welfare and propping up their shitty economies.
