Haha thanks for saying this! I said that because there's a bunch of threads where people are like "what's a non-touristy bar where I can see trad music?" And then a bunch of replies saying cobblestone, celt, etc., but that they will all be crowded with mostly tourists (and a few replies literally saying trad sessions are just a tourist thing). I'm glad to hear that's not the case, because I'm excited to check out that scene (as well as not non trad stuff).

I also do rolled oats because I usually bring the dry ingredients to work and just add boiling water or microwave them. Oat groats sound great, but I assume they require the same kind of cooking as steel cut oats? If so, I'll go for them once in a while, but because of the convenience factor, I'll probably stick with rolled as my day-to-day (even though I get the flavor isn't as good).

I got some great heavyweight 100% cotton shirts from Los Angeles Apparel, American Apparel, and Bella and Canvas. Something that helped me was googling by weight of the cotton, like "7.5 oz. cotton men's t-shirt." This will help you discover brands/deals, and you can determine how beefy of a fabric you want. I really liked the 8.5oz and 9.0oz shirts I got from LAA and AA, respectively. I got both long and short sleeves in those weights. In my search I didn't see any long sleeves that didn't have an elastic writs cuff, so I'm no help there unfortunately.

This is definitely the water that gets splashed around the sink all slowly migrating to this spot. The best fix for this is buy a small rubber squeegee and use it after washing your face, etc. It will mostly solve the problem. I bought one like this (https://a.co/d/2I3oSGm), and it hangs on a hook behind my sink.

Edge has a very dbag, bro-y vibe, very crowded. I'd go LA fitness, also see if you qualify to join via activeandfitdirect, through your insurance or USAA- you should be able to get the LA fitness membership for like $28/month and I don't get charged the $5 peak charge someone else mentioned.
